  DESCRIPTION

  At Locusview, we help energy utilities build a safer world and prepare for the challenges of building smarter energy infrastructures. Our AWS-based SaaS platform helps clients digitize their projects.

  In order for us to keep growing, we’re looking to expand our Backend Group and seeking an experienced Java Developer who is eager for the next challenge in a dynamic environment and excited about making an impact on an innovative product!

  In this role you’ll:

  Hold an integral part in building our dynamic and versatile ecosystem, from design to deployment.

  Take a part in the implementation and expansion of our proprietary APIs used by numerous clients, as well as continuously developing services for our existing Frontend & Mobile clients.
  Have a key role in researching and integrating cutting edge technologies.

  Attain a deep understanding of the industry-leading services available (ECS, Docker, etc.)

  REQUIREMENTS

  B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.

  4+ years of coding experience in Java.

  Experience with Relational Database.

  A “team player” attitude!

  Advantage:

  Experienced with AWS (ECS, S3, EC2).

  Experienced with build tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes).

  Experience with Docker (Containers, Images, Docker Compose).
