Let’s Talk about you:

As a Junior Prompt Developer and evaluator in Verint Israel, you will learn to tailor prompts to achieve specific results. You will sample the results and evaluate them.
You will be the prompt owner, validating correctness over model changes and data drifts.

• Develop prompts to optimize the performance of models in generating text.
• Collaborate with product, and other teams to understand their requirements and how best to develop the prompts to meet those needs
• Monitor and evaluate prompts on models as versions change, and data drifts over time.

Let’s Talk about who we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in data science/computer science/computational linguistics/artificial intelligence/other related fields – with at least two years of remaining studies.
• Hands-on experience in Python programming and cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Native or near native level of English proficiency, with exceptional command of both written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Python programming experience.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud env – advantage.
